We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize in advance if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be more than happy to provide exchanges for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

This policy is not applicable on customized orders. Provided the customer has informed LiLSMA team within 24 hours of receiving the article with the shipping receipt via WhatsApp. After that no claims will be entertained.

  • A video of the defected/damaged product has to be provided to claim an exchange
  • No exchange/claim can be made on discounted/sale products.
  • Company’s decisions on claim and exchange will be considered as final.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • We will exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, the item is damaged or the wrong item is delivered.
  • Customer will bear the shipping cost except in the following cases:
    • If the item was damaged when received by the customer
    • If the wrong item was delivered
  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
  • Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable
  • All exchanges will be inspected upon arrival. If our team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the exchange.
